Description

What You’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and effectively lead the recruitment workflow at each stage from candidate attraction, vacancy briefing, closing offers and on-boarding
  • Execute a multi-channel recruitment strategy balancing direct sourcing methods with third-party suppliers – striving to improve our direct hire ratio
  • Work with the wider People team to on-board new starters with a focus on more senior level hires
  • Support and build the employer brand while offering creative and innovative ideas to develop this further
  • Build relationships with relevant industry networks, recruitment agencies, universities and colleges to attract fresh talent
  • Manage recruitment expenses and costs within your recruitment area – always suggesting ways of improving these
  • Constantly striving to improve the quality, time and cost efficiency of the recruiting function
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are legally compliant with local employment legislation
  • Play a keep part in monitoring weekly and monthly KPI’s and assisting with monthly reporting
  • Constantly striving to deliver a brilliant candidate experience through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage stakeholders through the full 360 recruitment process offering a high level of guidance and counsel
  • Working closely with People Business Partners to share insight and offer practical solutions to the business

Who You Are
  • You have a strong ability to build relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering a first class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • You have 4 to 6 years of experience in an in-house/onsite role with a full 360 recruitment focus, ideally recruiting technology roles in a global organization
  • Strong business partnering skills and business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
  • Be an ambassador of change

  • Supportive of new launches and initiative within the team
  • Passionate about an excellent candidate experience
