The role:

The Senior PA will support VP, Finance and VP, Investor Relations with diary management, travel bookings, general administration and project coordination for the wider finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in finance with previous experience in Roadshows. We’re looking for a true creative thinker who can bring best practice and new ideas to the role.  You will have a strong background working in a diverse environment that is high energy, fast-paced and service driven.  You will have exceptional organisation skills, a natural sense of urgency and be able to balance a variety of tasks.


What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for administrative support to VP, Finance (UK based) and VP, Investor Relations (US-based)
  • Proactive management of diaries, expenses and correspondence to identify priority issues
  • Assertive in dealing with all meeting requests from all levels
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the director
  • Organise and plan meetings and events, including any preparation
  • Help support onboarding of the directors’ new starters (direct reports)
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to obtain information and/or disseminate minutes of meetings
  • Attend meetings with the director; collate information, assist in report drafting and follow-up agreed actions for reporting.
  • Manage all travel arrangements and track budgets where requested
  • Responsibility for management of inbox, filtering incoming emails and flagging priorities
  • Understanding of budget

  • Be engaged in PA meetings and provide strategic ideas & solutions to help support the admin support function and its processes
  • You will cover for other PAs when needed


Who you are:
 

  • You have extensive PA experience supporting C-Level or senior management
  • Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and use this competency in a highly confident way
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines
  • You are a master of communication, internally and with external stakeholders with proven influencing skills
  • You display an initiative driven, solutions focussed approach
  • You are confident and articulate when communicating with stakeholders across all levels
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette in English
  • You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You are an excellent team player
  • You have a personal interest and understanding of the fashion or similar creative industry
  • You are driven, dynamic, forward-thinking, innovative and agile; and comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
  • You have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world
  • Investor relations experience is an advantage but not essential
