Call Center Representative

What you’ll do

  • Assist customers with order enquiries via several channels (email and telephone)
  • Provide product and service information to customer when necessary
  • Resolve standard difficulties and issues with customers
  • Interact with other departments in order to find the solution for pending customer issues
  • Escalate incidents as appropriate
  • Gather feedback of customer issues and concerns about procedures, services and products and shares it with other departments
  • Be the face of Farfetch to our customers and partners alike
  • Document and record problems/enquiries received by email or telephone, as well as their resolution

Key skills and experience

  • Ideally, minimum of 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury/fashion retail environment
  • Customer orientated, focused on providing an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and articulate
  • Passion for fashion and a good understanding of fashion brands
  • Proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows packages
  • Strong listening skills and positive mindset
  • Problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Flexibility in schedule; must be available to work possible evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
