Description

What you’ll do:

  • You will own the Farfetch Naver Organic channels and submit on-site and off-site recommendations to optimize the Farfetch website as well as Farfetch’s Naver Blog and Post to increase brand awareness and visibility in Naver search engine
  • You will set the strategic direction of the Farfetch Naver presence on both Mobile and PC based on customer needs and business goals
  • You will explore new opportunities and Naver products to increase Farfetch’s visibility on Naver and to grow organic channel
  • You will look for partnership/collaboration and business opportunities with Naver influencers aimed at increasing awareness of and traffic to the Farfetch website and Naver presence
  • You will monitor competitors’ activities and suggest strategies and action items for Farfetch on Naver.
  • You will create and maintain our publishing calendar for Naver Blog and Naver Post in line with Farfetch’s global marketing calendar
  • You will create, edit and publish engaging content (copy, photographs, and video) to Naver Blog and Post, integrating SEO best practice to ensure maximum visibility and make sure content is well-written, localized for Naver audiences
  • You will work with our Design and Social Media teams to create and maintain consistent, branded look and feel across all products
  • You will organize and run Naver Blog and Post Events with the aim of increasing brand awareness and grow our follower numbers and engagement on Naver
  • You will source, plan and run Naver Café partnerships and competitions
  • You will build short-term to long-term strategy and guidelines for our Naver organic channels to acquire new customers
  • You will generate weekly and monthly reports for the digital marketing and leadership teams to show impact of your activity on core KPIs

Who you are:

It is essential that:

  • You have good knowledge in Korean market and customers’ interests and needs
  • You are a Naver expert with at least 3 years’ in brand SNS channel planning and management (Naver Blog or Naver Post)
  • You are knowledgeable and passionate about fashion at all levels, from high-end designers to cutting edge street style
  • You are a strong writer with a style that is witty and creative while being accurate and adaptable
  • You understand how to select images or video content to enrich your articles and use these assets to increase ecommerce conversions
  • You have experience in brand SNS content creation and viral campaign management (Naver or other SNS channels)
  • You are able to work to deadlines and meet agreed weekly targets
  • You have a proven ability to leverage analytics data to inform and influence decision-making

It would be great if...

  • You’ve been a Naver fashion blogger/influencer yourself and have managed Naver Blog or Post
  • You have good written and spoken English and native Korean
  • You have experience in managing creative projects for a multi-national company
  • You know the key Korean fashion influencers and Naver bloggers
  • You have experience in SEO for other search engines, especially Google
  • You have experience with PR and branding
