Partnership Communication Executive

About the role:

In this role, you will support on Partnership Communications with day-to-day activities including communications with our network of brand and boutique partners delivering consistent and clear on-brand messaging in line with the partner communications strategy. You will also be instrumental in planning and implementing key brand partner marketing projects liaising with internal stakeholders from the commercial and marketing teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the gatekeeper of Partner communications and messaging across all areas and needs of the business
  • Ensure all partner communications are aligned to the Farfetch brand and tone of voice
  • Write all partner communication, being a brand guardian for all supply partner facing communications and content
  • Manage a communications calendar, including the coordination of any partner events or key dates
  • Reflect the requirements of cross-departmental stakeholders/business owners, including Commercial, B&W, Operations, Marketing, etc
  • Be responsible for the internal and external adoption of the partnership communication strategy and content
  • Produce fresh, engaging content, including insight from supply partner research initiatives
  • Stay on top of metrics and results of communications to drive more engagement and adoption
  • You will assist with delivering internal commercial objectives for marketing planning around brand and boutique partners
  • You will work on the development of 360 partner marketing project overview documents & creative brand presentations 
  • You will support and plan BAU marketing planning and reporting for brand partners
  • You will assist with the development and implementation of cross-functional processes to promote alignment on partner communications
  • You will cover administrative duties including coordination of meetings and calendars

Who you are:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree (Can be in Communications, Marketing, or similar)
  • You have some experience in Partner Communications and/or Brand Marketing in luxury fashion
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are used to working in a fast past environment, delivering on multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • You are extremely well-organized, proactive and efficient, with good common sense and initiative
  • You are able to work well with different stakeholders across the business at all levels including senior staff
  • You are an enthusiastic team player, ambitious, hardworking with a willingness to put in the extra effort
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • You have strong attention to detail when writing and creating presentations
  • You are able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional organisation
