Product Catalogue Specialist

The role

You will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing company and work closely with luxury items and brands. You will be responsible for monitoring product’s life-cycle from end to end, guaranteeing that all product information is accurate and online with all quality standards established by the interested parties.

What you'll do
  • Be the technical expert of product information, having a deep understanding of our platform and product information workflows;
  • Accountable for monitoring the product lifecycle status, thoroughly checking product details to ensure accuracy and completeness of data;
  • Working closely with the Production Delivery Manager and other internal teams to gather key inputs from the client;
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of the product status to ensure the proper flow throughout product's life-cycle;
  • Analysis and weekly reporting on product catalogue highlights and life-cycle evolution;
  • Call to action to solve common product information issues, in alignment with Production Delivery Manager team;
  • Support on-boarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary activities of the master data processes;
Who you are
  • Degree in an analytical field, with ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and Tools;
  • Critical thinker, confident to transform our data and information into a successful and healthy product catalog;
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for process optimization;
  • A professional with strong analytical mindset and ability to extract, interpret and story-tell data;
  • A creative problem solver, able to autonomously resolve problems in the middle of ambiguity, under pressure and calmly. Making rapid accurate assessments and identifying crucial issues in a highly reactive environment;
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and re-prioritize according to business requirements;
  • Able to work across teams with a collaborative approach;
  • Enjoys working in a fast moving environment and embraces changes;
  • Must be well-versed in Excel and writing functions, formulas, and syntax to automate data values and map Excel templates;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Experience in and knowledgeable of E-commerce Product Information Management (is a plus).
