The Role

You will be integral to our success by driving our production in Sales and allowing us to be the #1 wholesale lender in the nation. A Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive at Ethos is ambitious, competitive, and loves to sell. You’ll be a successful sales leader with entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to take on all challenges. At Ethos, you’ll be representing the next generation of mortgage lending and creating strategic ideas for our continuous growth. (Leads Provided)

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
  • Achieve new broker approvals, funding and forward lock goals
  • Source new sales opportunities through high-volume inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key leads, and close the deal
  • Maintain and expand CRM with prospects and approved accounts within assigned territories
  • Train and educate accounts on Ethos proprietary systems, CRM, Encompass, Admin Portal, programs, products, guidelines and processes
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships and partnerships with your accounts, which includes continuous interaction with brokers to keep them updated on existing and upcoming programs or changes
  • Manage loan pipeline and monitor the performance of accounts
  • Maintain sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Remain current on company requirements and ensure compliance
  • Perform effective online training to potential prospects and new accounts

Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE Previous experience as a Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
  • College degree is desired
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of achievement
  • Self-starter able to excel in a team-oriented environment while working independently on individual goals and metrics
  • Excellent written, oral and influencing skills
  • Obsessed about the customers experience
