Who We Are
Home and garden appliance spare parts are our bread and butter (we’re the UK’s largest spare parts distributor after all), but we don’t just stop at selling parts; we work tirelessly to make sure our customers have all the information they need to repair their appliances. From downloadable manuals to hundreds of step by step repair guides in addition to the millions of parts we supply, eSpares helps stop household appliances from being condemned to the scrap heap, which is great news for our customers and the environment too.
With over 40 years experience in the industry we have well established, close relationships with leading appliance manufacturers, but providing comprehensive information about all the appliances out there is still no mean feat.

Meet The espares team
eSpares is known for exemplary service and amazing customer resources. My team and I work exceptionally hard to keep it that way! We wouldn’t have such a high percentage of returning customers and such raving reviews if we didn’t genuinely care about what we do. I’m a big cycling enthusiast, but it’s never an uphill struggle to keep the wheels turning at eSpares!
When I say it takes me all day to check my emails you probably wonder why I’m still in a job. But emails are my job! From coding and designing, to content and scheduling, I manage all aspects of our email marketing campaigns. Our emails give our customers amazing deals and handy tips to make enhancing home appliances as easy as clicking a (perfectly coded and designed) link.
Creative, inspired design makes the world a better place. But there’s a design dark side too where colours clash and mistakes abound. I’m the Photoshop veteran who stops eSpares going over to the dark side. If you’re a fan of glorious graphics and amazing animations I welcome you to the team with open arms. Unless you think putting yellow text on a white background is a great idea. Then we can’t be friends.
Social Media Executive
I spend most of my working day on Facebook or Twitter, but before you judge, that’s my role! Social media platforms let eSpares keep in touch with our customers and make sure we’re keeping them happy. After all there’s nothing like a bit of honest feedback to keep us at the top of our game! I’m always on my mobile too... capturing all the action around the eSpares office of course!
Online Marketing Assistant
In some workplaces it’s the assistant’s job to make the coffee, but here at eSpares we’re a friendly bunch who share that vitally important task. Instead I make sure the information all around the eSpares website is accurate and up to date. My day to day tasks are varied, but the end goal of helping our customers never changes. Oh and I take my coffee with milk and sugar if you’re making.
What’s hot and what’s not? It’s up to me to decide which of our products are the hottest (and I‘m not talking about cooker elements!) By liaising with the purchase team I can monitor product performance and stock levels. That way I can predict trends and make sure we’ve always got the spares in stock that our customers need to fix their faulty appliances. Now if only it was as easy to predict the winning lottery numbers...
How do I singlehandedly make sure that on a website selling over a million appliance spares each product listing is accurate, informative and current? Well I’m no super hero, I don’t work alone! The motivated, talented individuals in the eSpares team are part of what makes expanding our brand so exciting. My team and I are always on the lookout for new products to make appliance repairs even easier for our customers.
Summed up in one word my role is writing. But as a logophile (that’s someone who loves words if you hadn’t guessed) just one word is rarely sufficient! To give our customers industry leading advice and information, we at eSpares need a lot of words for blog and Advice Centre articles, press adverts and marketing campaigns, all written by yours truly. No prizes for guessing who wrote this bio then.
