About the role:
Enphase Energy is looking for Associate Field Service Technicians to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners. This role will be responsible for making sure best-in-class service is provided.
What you will do:
  • Maintain Battery inventory in Distribution and Installation Partners
  • Perform onsite testing of equipment located at Distribution and Installation Partners
  • Perform FW updates of equipment located at Distribution and Installation Partners
  • Utilize relevant tools
  • Maintain tool management standards
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed
  • Commit to OSHA Standard Safety procedures
  • Be detail oriented while recording the data gathered during work
  • Have the ability to work independently without oversight
  • Commit to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards
Who you are and what you bring:
  • 6+ months of solar experience required
  • High school diploma or GED or better
  • Valid state driver's license, insurable, clean DMV REQUIRED
  • Effective communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work/complete/integrate multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn various skills associated with tools
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
  • Possess positive team spirit and inspire the same in co-workers
  • Possess integrity and ethics
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to follow instructions; respond to management direction
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and decision-making abilities

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word / Excel.
  • Availability to work outside regular business hours
     
The base pay range for this position is $19 o $24 an hour. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
