Aesthetic Sales Manager

The Aesthetic Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the inside sales team (Aesthetics Account Specialists) for Endo Aesthetics. The Manager will recruit, hire and develop a high performing team to drive business opportunities across the US aesthetics marketplace. Meet inside sales and success objectives set throughout the anticipated launch of the first injectable for cellulite. Work with Executive Director, Aesthetic Sales to develop and execute inside sales strategy and field sales collaboration plans. § Lead the interview and selection process of the Aesthetics Account Specialist team.
§ Accountable for meeting or exceeding inside sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
§ Motivate, lead, and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed specific goals.
§ Monitor inside sales performance and effectively coach them to achieve sales and productivity goals.
§ Develop relationships with key inside sales accounts and decision makers at multiple levels.
§ Prepare sales forecasts for the inside sales team and present to leadership.
§ Work collaboratively across functions throughout Endo Aesthetics and with field sales to achieve common goals and alignment.
§ Effectively manage inside sales department budget to maximize return on investment.
§ Manage escalated customer concerns and provide solution-oriented suggestions to resolve challenges.
§ Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the aesthetic market, Endo product(s) and how they fit into the aesthetic practice offering.
§ Contribute to the development and execution of inside sales training programs.
§ Act with integrity and high ethical standards to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and corporate policies.
§ May be requested to represent the Company at regional and national trade shows with a focus on inside sales business development opportunities.
§ Attend and participate in marketing, management, and sales meetings as requested.
§ May be asked to take on special projects related to inside sales and marketing execution.
Education & Experience
Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job
§ BA/BS degree or higher in a relevant business discipline required.
§ 5+ years of relevant medical/device, healthcare or B to B sales experience of which the most recent 1-2 years in leadership and/or marketing roles (Inside Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Consulting, Training Manager or Marketing Manager).
§ 2+ years of experience within management, training, marketing or consulting or demonstrated career path toward sales management; in medical aesthetics preferred.
§ Proven success managing an inside sales team preferred.
§ Hands on experience working with CRM programs.
§ Demonstrated and consistent career progression.
§ Consistent top sales awards (Circle of Excellence or equivalent) in sales/sales leadership roles.
§ Experience in collaborating with internal departments such as, marketing, training and development and/or sales operations and analytics.
§ Proven track record of effective people management, including coaching, developing and inspiring sales teams.
§ Product launch experience, preferably within medical aesthetics.
Proficiency in a body of information preferred for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
§ Understanding of the nuances of working with inside sales, preferably in aesthetics.
§ Knowledge of marketing, training and operational practices within aesthetic accounts.
