Job Summary - a concise overview of the job


Responsible for delivering on the execution plans for national aesthetics corporate accounts. Develop relationships with key corporate account customers to drive current and future business opportunities. Meet objectives set throughout the anticipated launch of the first injectable for cellulite focused around the development of corporate accounts. Work with Director, Corporate Accounts – Aesthetics to execute corporate account contract negotiations and work closely with marketing and field sales to ensure successful plan execution. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.

Corporate Accounts

§  Work collaboratively throughout Endo Aesthetics and with corporate accounts to achieve common goals and alignment.

§  Build relationships with corporate account executives to implement launch and growth strategies.

§  Manage specific corporate account targets and own business development activities.

§  Work alongside the Director, Corporate Accounts on corporate account negotiations and contracting process with appropriate internal departments.

§  Work with marketing to identify customized marketing needs to drive execution within corporate accounts.

§  Align strategies with sales team centered on successful field execution within corporate accounts.

§  Achieve revenue objectives by collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop customized strategic plans and drive growth within assigned corporate accounts.

§  Actively communicate relevant information to leadership and internal stakeholders.

§  Act with integrity and high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and corporate policies.

§  Represent company at regional and national trade shows with a focus on corporate account business development opportunities.

§  Attend and participate in marketing and sales meetings as requested.

§  May be asked to take on special projects related to sales and marketing execution.

§  Manage customer concerns and bring solutions oriented ideas to resolve challenges.

§  Manage sales to expenses to ensure desired return on investment.






Education & Experience

Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and  certifications required for the job

§  BA degree in a relevant discipline required; MBA preferred.7+ years of relevant medical/device sales experience, of which the most recent 2-4 years is in leadership and/or marketing roles (Corporate Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Consulting, Training Manager or Marketing Manager).

§  2+ years’ experience within management, training, corporate accounts, marketing or consulting in medical aesthetics strongly preferred.

§  Demonstrated and consistent career progression.

§  Award winning (Circle of Excellence or equivalent) sales and/or marketing professional.

§  Experience in collaborating with internal departments, such as marketing, training and development, and/or sales operations and analytics.

§  Proven track record of effective people management and/or leading without authority including coaching, motivating and collaborating with sales teams.

§  Launch experience, preferably within medical aesthetics.

§  Current relationships with aesthetic corporate accounts preferred.


Proficiency in a body of information preferred for the job   

e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.

§  Understanding of the nuances of working with aesthetic corporate accounts.

§  Thorough knowledge of marketing, training and operational practices within aesthetic accounts.
