• 1:5 Call and 1:6 Weekends (from home)
• 9 Weeks off a Year plus post primary call day off
• $372,000 Average - 1099 Independent Contractor
• Team of 4 CRNA's covering OR. 
• 3 CRNA's on-site daily and 1 MD that covers their own cases (primarily OB)
