This is going to be Full time position with responsibility listed below:

• To be able to check in patients.
• Rx reconciliations
• Administering Vaccinations
• Answering messages from Patients
• Refill Medications
• Capable to do EKG, BMI and Spiro (training available)
• Chronic Care management
• Work on Care Gaps
