Our Partner GTM and Enablement team is a critical function within the Egnyte revenue organization, responsible for accelerating Egnyte’s growth and market reach with, and through partners.       

      

WHAT YOU’LL DO:      

  • The Senior Partner Readiness and Enablement Manager plays a critical role in scaling the Egnyte partner business by developing and executing best practices around partner engagement and enablement. Reporting to the Director, Global Partner GTM and Enablement, this role will own and execute go-to-market plans for Egnyte products and solutions to drive partner awareness, sales and technical expertise and revenue ramp. This role will engage closely with the Egnyte product teams to define and integrate partner requirements into the product launch process. Specific responsibilities include:
    • Develop and deliver partner training and enablement best practices. Collaborate with Egnyte product and services teams, partner sales engineering and sales enablement to develop certification training curriculum, ongoing virtual and live training, sales playbooks, services blueprints and technical resources to build partner sales and technical capabilities in selling, delivering and supporting Egnyte.
    • Define and deliver quarterly partner enablement plan aligned to key go-to-market initiatives and product launches inclusive of partner training and enablement content development, managing the rollout and communication plan and setting/tracking performance against KPIs.
    • Act as primary partner POC for the product teams, defining partner requirements to drive partner sales readiness in support of product updates and launches.
    • Build partner launch plans and partner facing content to engage partners effectively in driving awareness and sales productivity around product updates. 
    • Share requirements with Egnyte product teams to drive enhancements that enable partner value through customer solutions, operational efficiencies and services delivery.
    • Function as liaison between the product teams and the partner sales organization to ensure partner managers are equipped with timely knowledge and actionable resources to position new products and solutions effectively with their partners.
    • Develop and manage new partner enablement plan and content to support faster partner on-boarding and ramp to revenue.
    • Equip the partner sales team with resources and guidance to drive effective partner recruitment and development strategies.
    • Maintain partner sales enablement content in the partner portal and LMS. Track and report on usage.

      

  • This role is critical to the overall success of the partner sales organization. This is a fast-paced, self-starter role requiring a hands-on approach with excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and project management skills. 

      

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:     

  • 10 years of technology marketing and/or sales enablement experience with at least 6 years focused on technology channel partner go-to-market and enablement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on key objectives and results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high standard for quality content and messaging.
  • Expertise in developing effective sales and technical training content
  • Experience working with PRM and LMS platforms.

      

COMPENSATION:     

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $160k-$190K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
