Overview
 
Edifecs is hiring a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Management team. At the forefront of customer success, we pride ourselves on seamlessly integrating with our clients, becoming integral to their operations. The Product Management team is pivotal in this endeavor. We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager who will orchestrate the implementation of our Value-Based Care products, serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams. This role involves crafting and overseeing project plans, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and resource requirements. The Technical Project Manager will spearhead project execution, leveraging cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and clients. Moreover, they will identify and capitalize on business opportunities in collaboration with clients.

 
What you will do:
  
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for both new clients and applications, overseeing activities from requirements gathering to post-implementation review.
  • Review and validate architecture documents to meet project needs, identifying areas for product enhancement.
  • Develop project documentation, proposals, and estimates, refining implementation methodologies.
  • Lead complex deployment projects at key client accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features based on deployment feedback.
  • Establish a streamlined triage process for issue resolution.
  • Interface with customer partners to ensure project success.
     
     
 
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software organization, with a focus on healthcare.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and client interfacing.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including Java and SQL Server expertise.
  • Prior experience in business analysis and process improvement projects.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively in resource-constrained environments.
  • Familiarity with payer and provider dynamics.
  
Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $108,699 - $149,461 per year.
