Account Management - PMO
 

Overview

Account Management (AM) is a strategic function at Edifecs which caters to partnering with customers on overall account management functioning. PMO AM will work closely with internal AM leadership, Sales and other relevant stakeholders including customers (optional) for the effective functioning of the practice.

What you will do:

  • Act as Primary SPOC for any Account Management - PMO related queries.
  • Work directly with customers (optional), internal sales teams, and other stakeholders – both in US and India
  • Collect and analyze account data. Prepare account status reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales representatives, Services Practice Leads, Finance and other departments to gather required details and create reports / dashboard.
  • Work with AM leadership to manage top account portfolios.
  • Forecast and track key account metric – quarterly sales, annual forecasts etc. 
  • Work with AM leadership in improving customer satisfaction.
  • Adhoc Reporting as required by Account Management leadership.

What you will bring:

  • Worked in PMO role for 3 to 5 years.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good handle on Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of the IT development/delivery life cycle.
  • Understanding of CSAT and reporting requirements for end customer.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zone to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in US Healthcare is a plus.
  • Knowledge on any PMO tool (like Open Air and Net Suite) is a plus.
  • Good to have - Knowledge on any Analytics tool
