Product Analyst

Overview

Product Analyst is responsible for the release planning, status reporting and writing business requirements. The role includes understanding of the products and features, resource allocation, time management and risks’ evaluation.

What you will do:

  • Write business requirements and coordinate with development and quality assurance engineers to deliver functional product
  • Apply US Healthcare domain knowledge to improve product features and functions
  • Develop product specifications for development teams
  • Create UI/UX artifacts
  • Track customers’ bugs and perform root cause analysis
  • Perform product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage release risks
  • Manage help topics, create release notes
  • Prepare status reports

 

What you will bring:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
  • 6+ years’ experience in business analysis or product management.
  • 3+ years' experience in US Healthcare Medicare Advantage product or business analysis function.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Medicare Advantage Enrollment process flows, data layouts and business logic.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, RUP processes.
  • Good knowledge of the data formats, communication protocols, basic knowledge of the programming languages.
  • Responsive, responsible, self-motivated person, ready to work flexible hours especially during the pre-release time.
  • Understanding of various EDI transactions such as X12, HIPAA, HL7, CDA, NCPDP, etc.
  • Understanding of FHIR, basic understanding of methods, queries, resources’ relationships and purpose.
  • Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Exposure and understanding of US Healthcare Insurance domain.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Services.
  • Basic understanding of microservice architecture.
