Overview

Edifecs Encounter Product team is seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Risk Adjustment product portfolio. As the Director of Product Management, you will be at the forefront of guiding products from ideation through to market launch, shaping their entire lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in defining and refining product strategies, collaborating with customers to discern unmet needs, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to the market. Moreover, you will provide leadership in planning and design activities for Risk Adjustment products, fostering collaboration with other product leaders to ensure alignment and coherence across the portfolio. As the Director of Product Management for our Encounter Product team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of our Risk Adjustment product portfolio. What you will do:

  • Develop comprehensive, timely, and robust product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Identify market problems and validate them through client and prospect engagement, steering the definition of new and innovative products.
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to Product Analysts in crafting business use cases, requirements, and specifications.
  • Foster collaboration with engineering and data science teams to uphold product quality, reliability, and optimal customer experience.
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy and optimize the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to manage and monitor the product lifecycle process effectively.
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancement initiatives and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Offer strategic support to Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams as needed.
  • Review and refine product documentation and collateral, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Enforce consistent application of company policies throughout the organization

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of cumulative experience in software development, with a minimum of 6 years in product management or related roles such as Business Analysis, Program Management, or Solution/Business Consulting, including at least 2 years in Product Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector (payer or provider markets).
  • Proficiency in natural language processing and/or artificial intelligence, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA X12 837 and familiarity with Risk Adjustment methodology.
  • Working understanding of CMS HCC Model & Risk Scoring.
  • Ability to document product features and functionalities by analyzing regulatory requirements and defining use case scenarios.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interpreting requirements and developing functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills, including the ability to translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements effectively.
  • Experience in testing and user acceptance test planning for large enterprise systems.

 

Note: The expected base pay range for this position is $136,000 - $198,000 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, and experience.
