PMO Analyst
 

Overview:

 

A PMO Analyst will act as the Primary SPOC for any Project-related query and Coordinate with the Professional Service Project team for project-related activities

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Act as Primary SPOC for any Project-related query and manage/own the PMO mailbox.
  • Coordinate with the Professional Service Project team for project-related activities.
  • Administer and monitor the compliance of Open Air (Project Management Tool) like Timesheet filing, Project Profitability, Project Revenue Recognition, etc.
  • Coordinate with Practice Leads and create reports (Resource Forecasting, Operations Report, Timesheet Compliance, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the Finance Team on Professional Services Invoicing and manage Invoice Forecast Tracker.
  • Adhoc Reporting as required by Practice Leads and Project Teams.

 

Skills needed:    

 

  • Worked in a PMO role for 3 to 5 years.
  • Excellent Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear concepts on PMO role (Project Management Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in the US time zone to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of any PMO tool (like Open Air and Net Suite)
  • Good to have knowledge on any Analytics tool is a plus
