Program Executive - Air Force
Description
- Provide executive oversight of Air Force programs, ensuring exceptional delivery, safety, quality, and risk management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and senior interface to Air Force leadership, maintaining strong relationships and resolving issues at the executive level.
- Drive superior program performance, including client satisfaction, CPARS outcomes, and financial results.
- Lead and mentor Program and Project Managers to ensure disciplined execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce program standards, internal controls, and governance to minimize risk and liability.
- Shape and execute growth strategies by identifying new programs, markets, and funding priorities.
- Partner with Business Development to build and sustain backlog, develop capture strategies, and lead or support major proposal efforts.
- Oversee subcontractor and teaming partner relationships to strengthen execution and competitive positioning.
- Guide development of business cases for new capabilities and strategic initiatives beyond existing contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws.
- 10+ years of experience supporting U.S. government agencies (e.g., DoD, DOE).
- 10+ years of senior program leadership experience delivering complex programs with strong financial and client outcomes.
- Experience in construction and/or environmental remediation programs.
- Proven ability to build executive-level client relationships and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
ECC targeted salary range for US locations is $200,000 to $240,000 annually. Actual salary offered may be affected by education, training, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and location.
