Are YOU our next Program Manager? 
As a Program Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of services for the Ontario Cervical Screening Program (OCSP) and Pathology Centre of Excellence (PCOE). You will be accountable for providing administrative support as required, monitor operations for the OCSP and PCOE, as well as escalate issues to management and other leadership teams as needed to ensure ongoing compliance. You will also serve as the key point of contact for the OCSP and Ontario Health (OH).
 
This is a full-time, permanent role working day shift.

How YOU will make a difference: 
  • Provide input to the immediate manager’s strategic and operational plans and directions, to ensure ongoing effective positioning and integration of the program throughout the organization to create and sustain organizational success.
  • Ensure proactive customer service including professional and personal assistance to all internal and external clients, investigate inquiries, review customer complaints, implement corrective actions as appropriate and interpret departmental information as required, and provide appropriate feedback to clients.
  • Serve as the key contact point for all correspondence with Ontario Health (OH), including notifying OH of any proposed change to the provision of services, to the agreement, resolving disputes on behalf of Dynacare, and coordinating meetings/escalations with relevant teams both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Dynacare management and other leadership teams to ensure operational compliance as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) for OCSP 
  • Support issue management both internally and externally with clients and collaborators
  • Perform annual operating reviews and develop monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate business planning activities and requested programmatic changes.
  • Establish, monitor, measure, and report assigned program performance metrics (KPI/KQI); analyze and identify issues impacting operational performance (e.g., resourcing, productivity) and establish initiatives for continuous improvement to ensure meeting of customer expectations; operational effectiveness, quality, reliability, on-time delivery which providing professional customer service to all internal and external clients, for both the OCSP and PCOE.
  • Monitor SLAs regularly and act accordingly to ensure targets remain within acceptable limits.
  • Establish initiatives for continuous improvement to ensure meeting customer expectations.
  • Support with onboarding and integration of new clients to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally for the organizational success of the OCSP and PCOE
  • Coordinate and oversee anatomical pathology projects nationally, informing the status of projects to ensure they are on track and following up with the appropriate stakeholders to support the organization's goals
What YOU bring to the role:
  • In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations, processes, key drivers and customer relations required.
  • University degree in Science or Business is required.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Laboratory Operations or Clinical Research is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing complex projects is required Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with PowerBI or other similar analytic tools is required
  • Principles of quality management and continuous process improvement including KPIs
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and presentation skills
