Description

As a Production Team Leader at Delpharm Development Leiden, you will play a crucial role in setting up our soon to be renovated production facility. You will be responsible for leading a team of production operators to ensure the timely and efficient manufacturing of high-quality products.

Production Supervisor

  • Supervising and coordinating daily Production activities for Parenteral Drug Product.
  • Set up Aseptic Proces Simulation
  • Leading a team of Operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Planning and organizing of production schedules, identify production process possibilities and risks, assigning task 
  • Production line continuation responsibilities, investigation and problem solving, monitoring workflow to optimize productivity and minimize downtime (CCR)
  • Review batch records for submission to QA Department
  • The ability to react well under pressure, to handle multiple competing projects or priorities under tight timelines or restrictions 
  • Training new team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, QC, QA, and logistics, to address production issues and implement process improvements.
  • Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Managing inventory levels and coordinating material requisitions to support production activities.
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Working in a R&D Facility for Production for Clinical Trial and Small Commercial in a CDMO Environment

 

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with the following profile

  • BSc and 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field 
  • GMP knowledge and experience
  • Experienced in manufacturing processes, equipment and quality control principles in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Parenteral Drug Production including extensive knowledge on sterile, aseptic handling and visual inspection techniques
  • Experience in supervising a team, motivating and coaching team members
