Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Handle all incoming calls and direct them to appropriate parties

·         Assist callers with general questions and in identifying correct department or individuals

·         Validate parking for office guests and provide excellent service

·         Accept, sign for and distribute incoming employee mail as well as packages from messenger/courier services

·         Obtain the maintenance of office Fax, Laser Printer and Photocopier machines

·         Ensure that office and kitchen supplies are always stocked

·         Maintain the upkeep if the office and develop good working relationships with vendors, guests, and employees.

·         Coordinate office events, including ordering lunch and Birthday celebrations

·         Book corporate travels and maintain records

·         Assist other departments with administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)


·         2+ years of administrative experience and/or working in a service related industry (retail or restaurant)

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to service

·         Upbeat with a positive attitude

·         Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed

·         Strong communication skills

·         Well organized and detailed oriented

·         Works well in a fast-paced environment

·         Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC)

·         Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
