We are looking for a motivated person to join our International Team in Rome that will be working in a dynamic and international environment and will work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal and Technology to develop our product offer for the Turkish market.

In short: Yes, it's that awesome…Armed with your business acumen and strong negotiation skills you will be right on the front line, implementing new partnerships and managing and renewing our existing strategic partnerships with mobile carriers (for both D2C and B2B), to grow our business in Eu. 
You will be involved in…
  • Managing and renewing existing strategic partnerships and developing new ones in the designated markets by identifying new business development opportunities with Mobile Carriers;
  • Devising local go-to-market plans to launch Neomobile’s products in the assigned territory;
  • Developing and implementing partnership plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics and timeframes to gain strategic positioning, maximize revenue and obtain additional business;
  • Ensuring complete and accurate completion of design documentation and contract paperwork in support of complex agreements;


  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree. MBA/Master is a plus;
  • Are you a native speaker in Turkish and have an excellent English. Practice of several other languages is a plus;
  • Have 2-3 years hands on experience in business development, sales, or partnerships management roles; Any experience in Sales and/or partnership development with Mobile Carriers will be considered a strong plus.
  • Have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, from technical to executive;
  • Are to work independently, to scope objectives and execution plans, and to focus on implementing practical solutions to scale a partner ecosystem business; Knowledge of Mobile VAS / OTT ecosystem will be a plus;
  • Have strong teamwork skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
