DeWolff, Boberg & Associates (DB&A) is seeking an energetic undergraduate or graduate intern with exceptional technical skills to join our software team as a Business Intelligence Analyst.  The Business Intelligence Analyst will gain valuable, hands-on experience in applying business intelligence technology to optimize each of our client’s operations.  This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation and customer success of our business intelligence software. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Support the implementation of our business intelligence software by developing system requirements, assessing client’s available data, planning, developing data integration services using Talend ETL, and designing and implementing dashboards for supervisors, directors, and executives 
  • Deliver epics, user stories, mockups, and workflows for new and improving functionality by working closely with the Operations Management Consulting Services Division  
  • Support our clients and projects by responding to inquiries and questions 

 

Professional Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and data design
  • Working knowledge of ETL and data integration technology
  • Ability to answer support calls from our consultants and clients
