The successful candidate will be passionate about finding new ways to bring brand ideas to life and be able to communicate those points of view clearly and persuasively using consumer insight, data and technology.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help create and present thoughtful, provocative digital strategies, creative briefs, brand ideas and experience plans 
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity, and a consistent pulse on existing and emerging consumer, cultural, and technological trends
  • Be a go-to resource for ad-hoc research, insight generation, and development of client and agency points of view
  • Digitally and technologically savvy, knows what’s trending in the news and on social media & finds topics that are relevant to the client business, both good and bad.
  • Inspire and facilitate collaboration among client and agency team members 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Post-Graduate/Portfolio School study in advertising or brand strategy preferred
  • 5-8 years years’ experience planning and executing digital strategies in an advertising or similar marketing environment
  • A true passion for digital and the ability to demonstrate how it delivers business growth
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, social and digital platforms, usage behaviors and ad formats
  • Comfortable navigating, monitoring, and generating insight and ideas from search and social media
  • Strong communication skills, an imaginative writer and enthusiastic presenter
