We are seeking an Integrated Producer who is passionate about delivering unforgettable productions with a solid background in digital. As an Integrated Producer in our fast-paced agency, you will bring to life smart, innovative, impactful and memorable cross-channel work.
You will need to be well versed in digital/social media video, event, or real-world brand activation, web series, TV campaigns as well as new and emerging technologies. Our Producers work side by side with our creative, account management and strategy teams to create meaningful, smart content and experiences that connect with consumers in all the different places they live and play.
DDB Integrated producer must be:
A SUPERHERO who will handle multiple projects (both large and small) simultaneously, pull all the projects over the finish line on time and within budget, and be disciplined but at the same time will be flexible to adapt to a fast-paced and always changing work environment demands.
An UBER LEADER who will manage with graceful tenacity and drive when partnering with internal and client teams.
A SOOTHSAYER who is adept at “seeing around the corner” to identify communication, logistical, financial or scheduling challenges.
A MAGICIAN who cannot say “no” and finds innovative solutions to resolve problems.
A STANDARD BEARER who will relentlessly uphold the creative vision.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead all teams through the creative and production process with strong communication between creative, strategy, account, business affairs and partners. This starts with the kick-off and end with archiving, reconciliation and debrief.
Managing all logistical aspects of production; scoping the job, budgeting, creating the project plan and calendar, the bidding and contract process, billing and invoice tracking, coordinating meetings and sessions with pre and post production partners.
Communicate project status to team and clients on a regular basis, maintain internal status reports. Ensure proper change management documentation is executed as scope changes or project priorities shift, and that new requirements and deadlines are communicated to the team.
Experience with managing a wide range of digital projects, including banners, emails and website updates.
Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to provide inspiration during creative development.
Develop nimble, efficient models for production at scale and adjust that plan when needed.
Strong Reel/Portfolio – that demonstrates a passion for creativity, a commitment to the best production values regarding budget, and an ability to build on an already great idea through production choices and creative problem-solving.
Experience– 5 to 7 years relevant production experience with an emphasis in digital.
Results-Oriented – a proven track record of delivering results that demonstrates superb quality and integrity of the work.
Collaboration - the ability to partner and work with production, creative and account teams, developers, vendors, and clients.
Flexibility – you can adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm.
Innovative – put forth new and creative solutions to the time and budget constraints.
Relationships– strong established relationships with industry’s top production partners, a good network of scrappier resources, and the drive to continually seek out and vet new partners and talent that will elevate our work creatively.
Production – understanding of underlying digital technologies and platforms, including previous management of projects involving HTML/CSS, ad servers, web content management systems and templating engines, and e-mail delivery platforms. As well as a baseline knowledge of other production mediums including print, OOH and video.
