The Social Media Account Supervisor must have extensive experience with all social platforms and the ability to oversee social metrics to help build brands. Our ideal candidate is an experienced team player that is driven to optimize our social program and pioneer us within the field. Having a great track record, you are able to help your clients take risks and innovate in this space while maintaining order and clarity in a fast-paced environment.



  • Execute high profile strategic social advertising campaigns across multiple social networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and more 
  • Be an expert in social media content planning with the ability to manage multiple content streams at once
  • Have a high-level understanding of paid social ad specs, new/beta features, and best practices for executing integrated social campaigns 
  • Ensure the timely delivery of campaign strategy, creative, and analytics reports throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Daily communication with client around campaign progress and performance
  • Ability to flex across multiple workstreams and client contacts within the business
  • Drive integrated social planning thinking, and communication across both internal and external teams
  • Manage account and client relationship health effectively on a day to day basis 
  • Establish and implement scalable processes to support efficient deliverable completion


  • Strong work ethic, great attention to detail, ability to multitask and a thirst for success in implementing social media campaigns
  • Ability to fly at multiple “altitudes,” excelling at high-level conceptual brand and strategy work, as well as the nitty gritty of strategic implementation in social
  • Comfortable with adapting and creating new processes; enthusiasm towards being a part of a new and growing team
  • Demonstrated success with social executions on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube with an ear to the ground for emerging platforms
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Capable of working autonomously while managing client initiatives and campaigns
  • Desire to innovate and stay on top of new trends in social media
  • Solid understanding of standard social media analytics/KPIs


  • 4+ years of experience in online advertising 
  • Deep understanding of and interest in social online advertising industry; including advertising systems and technologies 
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated and able to take the initiative 
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights 
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills 
  • Attention to detail and precision data input, often under time pressure, is essential 
  • Ability to excel in “white space” is a must
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr/similar SMMS platforms is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in onsite/event production a plus, but not required
