Project Coordinator

 

The DDB Global Account team oversees our agency’s work on McDonald’s in 44 countries.  This position would report into our Strategic Leadership Team who sit in our Chicago, London, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong offices and will play a key support role to ensure the team’s success. This role is a part-time, freelance position with the potential to lead to full-time. The weekly expected amount of hours of work are between 30-40.

 

Looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive project coordinator to provide support on the following

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Search, gather and assemble assets as requested from global markets
    • May include requesting assets from global markets and providing clear direction on ask and deliverables (be proactive in requests and consider time zones)
    • Search creative databases and gather/assemble assets as requested from global markets
    • Contact global markets on consistent basis to gather recent creative work and upload to internal database
  • Conduct Global competitive research and develop analysis and recommendations
  • Provide support organizing Global meetings (internal, external, global webinars) and send meeting recaps
  • Develop job estimates and production orders (POs) for all projects
  • Manage and track status of all POs and invoices within financial system database
    • Includes communicating with cross-functional finance teams in Chicago and London
  • Gather information as required for all POs from internal and external vendors as needed
  • Update/manage financial status documents
  • Consistently update global network (44 markets) database with up to date team members and contact information
  • Work with our design team to oversee development of C-Suite client presentations, videos, and meeting materials

Technical Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or another similar field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an advertising related field
  • Account or client side experience a plus
  • Experience developing timelines and estimates
