Social Media Senior Account Executive




A Social Media Senior Account Executive is capable of running small to medium-sized projects with limited day-to-day supervision and support senior account management staff in running large projects. This position provides critical project management and business support to monitoring the progress of a social media projects with an eye towards ground-breaking creative that is delivered on-time and on-budget.  The Senior Account Executive is responsible for developing productive client relationships based on mutual trust and respect, and is expected to deliver clear, timely and comprehensive communications to clients in all matters.  




  • Has deep knowledge of social media and client’s industry
  • Drive integrated social planning process and thinking across client teams, strategy and product areas 
  • Conducting industry research as needed
  • Curating content and deliver timely digital clip sheets to the client
  • Creating actionable conference reports after client presentations, discussions, and meetings no later than 24 business hours after the meeting.
  • Daily communication with client around campaign performance. 
  • Actively implement and adhere to established processes. 
  • Driving improvement in agency processes and workflow where a need is identified.





  • Passion for learning and developing new skills
  • Deep understanding of and interest in Social online advertising industry; including advertising systems and technologies 
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Must have 3 years working experience in an account management or project management role at an interactive advertising or marketing firm
  • B.A. required; MBA a plus
