Product You’ll Focus On: Strategist for two of our largest Ramsey Facebook groups (that both have 200k+ members) & our Ramsey SmartDollar Financial Wellness Benefit. SmartDollar is an employee financial wellness benefit based on Ramsey’s proven financial principles. These principles have helped millions of people ditch debt and save wisely over the last 30+ years. 
 
Team You’ll Grow With: 135+ person marketing team, including 11 Social Media Specialists 
 

What Winning Looks Like:     

  • Develop, execute, and manage the social media strategy and calendar for our SmartDollar program 
  • Plan and create a plan for how to provide unique content and experience in our 2 larges private Facebook groups thereby increasing the total number of members & engagement rate within the group
  • Create and curate original and captivating content - copy, video, photography, graphics, stories, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to craft an insights-driven narrative
  • Stay up-to-date with and successfully leverage competitive industry trends, insights, and best practices
  • Leverage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other up-and-coming social channels to connect with our fans

Skills Needed to Win:   

  • 2+ years experience in social media marketing
  • Passionate about Ramsey Solutions' financial principles
  • Experience with managing corporate social media accounts on behalf of a brand 
  • Loves to strategize about social media and how to use it to meet business objectives and build brand awareness
 
$43,000 - $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
