Ramsey Solutions is looking for a Director of Product Management on our SmartDollar Team to create business impact through product strategy. Coach our current team of digitally minded, problem-solving, Product Managers and help advance our overall Product Management at Ramsey Solutions by finding new and fresh ways to bring content and software together to create behavior change and instill HOPE.  

What Winning Looks Like:  

  • Effectively coach a team of Product Managers
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • High level of business acumen, building partnerships and trust across multiple channels
  • Able to cast long term vision of Product Management at Ramsey Solutions

Skills Needed to Win:  

  • 5+ years of current experience leading and coaching strong Product Managers
  • 2+ years working alongside software engineering teams to achieve product goals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships at all levels
  • The ability to galvanize your team on the vision of Product Management
  • Following the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired books

$99,400 - $180,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits  

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience.
