You’ll scale paid search, paid social, and paid display, PPC/pay-per-click, and programmatic campaigns that drive acquisition and build brand awareness, collaborate with business stakeholders and analyze results to further optimize performance.    
 
Product You'll Focus On: B2C business units (Live Events & Consumer Products) & a B2B business unit (EntreLeadership) - You will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our digital and physical Consumer Products as well as our Live Events across the country. You will also help our EntreLeadership business unit which helps small business owners win! These products and events will help our fans gain knowledge and excitement about our financial principles and help them along their financial journey. 
 
Team You’ll Grow With: 135+ person marketing team including 13 all-star Paid Media Specialists  
  
What Winning Looks Like:     
  • Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaigns.
  • Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, targeting and strategic bidding strategies.
  • Work closely with design and writing teams to create and optimize world-class ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as well as collaborate on whole processes with content strategists, writers and editors (you’re not working in a silo alone)
Skills Needed to Win:     
  • 2+ years of experience managing $50K+ paid media accounts across several platforms 
  • Experience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, and/or Google Data Studio
  • Creative analytical thinker with testing experience  
  • E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required
$56,000 - $83,200/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
