Team You’ll Grow With: HR – our HR team is looking for a Team Engagement Specialist who loves people, loves the mission of Ramsey Solutions, and wants to help build and cultivate an amazing company culture
What Winning Looks Like:
- Coordinate, facilitate and execute our 90-day new team member onboarding program
- Provide excellent communication to new & current Ramsey team members, HR, hiring leaders, catering services, and onboarding presenters to provide a seamless onboarding experience
- Refresh onboarding content to keep it relevant and engaging
- Accurately maintain supplies for events
- Help develop and document learning initiatives for Ramsey Solutions
- Super-serve Ramsey team members by promptly answering questions
- Assist with other HR sponsored events and communications, such as: blood drive, flu shot, updating our company intranet, etc.
Skills Needed to Win:
- 2+ years of Project Management, HR, event planning, hospitality, or relevant experience preferred
- Passion for serving others
- High attention to detail
- Forward thinker who has a back-up plan
- Ability to present to a group of 20+ people and coordinate all the details in the process
- Passion for the mission of Ramsey Solutions
$40,000 - $55,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on the level of skill and overall experience
