We are looking for YouTube Content Strategist to join our world-class, in-house video team that supports Ramsey’s 15+ business units and digital products with the goal to bring HOPE to the millions of people we serve. We produce 75+ live events per year, ten YouTube shows with over 100 million (AND GROWING) monthly views, and teaching materials for everyone in every walk of life.    

     

This team member will be responsible for the strategy and distribution of audio and video content for The Ramsey Network. This role works closely with producers, brand leaders, and designers to ensure our content is optimized to succeed in the marketplace. Key responsibilities include optimizing videos and podcasts (titling, thumbnails, scheduling, etc.) and communicating the performance and data of Ramsey Network content to production teams.    

     

What Winning Looks Like:    

  • Working with audio and video producers to share compelling content
  • Monitor and report on audio and video performance daily
  • Generate new content ideas and report on content performance using data
  • Assist Producers and PR by finding collaboration opportunities across platforms
  • Complete daily video platform maintenance – cross-promote, add new shows/highlights, create playlists, upload and schedule video content
  • Run live streams and show premieres
  • Edit video content and create thumbnails as needed

Skills Needed to Win:    

  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience as Digital Content Strategist or similar role
  • Current proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of YouTube Studio, JIRA
  • Experience presenting to groups using Keynote or PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in analyzing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of video content
  • Some video editing experience preferred

     

$42,400 - $62,500/year* + profit sharing + benefits    

*Range depends on level of skill and over experience.
