The Office Manager will be directly assisting the Senior Operations Manager and management. The Office Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to maintaining all office supplies, addressing all office needs, organizing office events, assisting with employee evaluations.  You will be working about 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of Associates Degree and 5 years of professional experience
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and independent worker
  • Pleasant, tactful and professional demeanor and appearance

Job Duties
  • Works closely with building management and local contractors for office repairs and maintenance
  • Ensures employment law posters are properly displayed and current
  • Provides administrative support to management; hosting meetings, attending conferences, preparing annual mailings, planning corporate events
  • Orders and maintains inventory of company logo and promotional gear 
  • Assist with the facilitation of the annual Open Enrollment process and other annualized employee related events
  • Assist with on-boarding new hires and maintaining documents
