Cell Phone Repair Technicians use their own approved vehicle to complete multiple cell phone repairs daily, at the customer’s home, workplace or anywhere. We provide parts & customers.

Learn how in just a few days:

• If you have a patient, gentle touch and want to use teeny tiny screws, magnetic tool tips & magnifying glasses - we'll certify you to do these limited repairs in just a few days. We use both classroom and field ride alongs for no experience applicants.

Repairs are limited to:

• Screen with LCD replacements only
• iPhone & SAMSUNG only
• Anywhere in the region

Pay:

• $40 per completed repair
• $15 per non-completed repair*
• We supply replacements parts
• We supply pre-paid shipping for returning replaced parts
• Weekly direct deposit starts 2 weeks after 1st week completed

How it works:

Customers pick a day :

• NO sooner than 3 days from today
• NO Sundays

Customers pick a time frame:

• 9-11am
• 11-1pm
• 1-3pm
• 3-5pm
• 5-7pm

Customers pick an address anywhere in the region:

• Home, work, café, or anywhere!
• Work orders appear in technicians pending schedule in web based apps
• As a general guideline, regions are loosely a 35 mile radius around the city they are named after.  Potentially 60-70 miles end to end or more.  All regions are different - speak to a recruiter for specific details :)

Complete the job:

• Receive mailed inventory for job & import into system
• Precall customers and travel to the job
• Fix the phone

Once completed:

• Technicians “Real Time” manage inventory and invoices in web-based apps
• Technician ships bad parts in pre-paid return box
• Payment is deposited two weeks after current week ends

Technicians are responsible for:

• Using their own late model, undamaged, well-maintained vehicle to run routes in (Similar to rideshare requirements)
• Using our web-based apps to “Real Time” track inventory and status orders
• Safe keeping of inventory & replcement parts
• Contract compliance & insurance requirements

Background Requirements:

• Drug screen
• Clean criminal history
• Clean moving violation report
• Legally drive
• Legally sign a contract

Vehicle Requirements:

• Undamaged, late model, well maintained & clean

Insurance Requirements :

• Sub-contractor's General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 aggregate)
• Automobile Liability ($300,000 per occurrence bodily harm)
• Recruiting team provides detailed insurance instructions

Uniforms & Tools :

• Required Polos are issued to technicians. $45 set of 3 is payroll deducted
• Required Tools are issued to technicians. $225 purchased, $275 financed
