is an industry leading provider of specialty subcontractors to the telecommunications and media/entertainment industries. Our Business Operations Support Specialists (BOSS) assist with organizing, coordinating, and executing critical day to day Field Operations priorities. This key Operations role ensures field performance is optimized through accuracy, timeliness, and communication.

Weekly schedule:

  • Contribute five consecutive days per week including both Saturday and Sunday
  • Enjoy two consecutive weekdays off
  • 9am-6pm

Common daily tasks:

Perform general office administrative support for Corporate and Field Operations:

  • manage texts, calls, emails
  • operate office equipment
  • receive packages
  • prepare outgoing mail
  • support the team as needed

Ensure exceptional customer interactions by handling all incoming communications in an efficient and professional manner:

  • answer

  • disseminate
  • redirect

Monitor to ensure on-time arrival and successful completion of all work performed by subcontractors.

Generate and maintain daily reports associated with operations activities and process improvements.

Perform daily labor invoice reconciliations and submit invoice corrections.

Audit work order exceptions while interacting with teammates to clarify resolutions with operations and customer impacting issues
