Job Description 
CSCI Consulting is looking for experienced individuals to support Department of Defense (DoD) customers with financial audit readiness and/or audit/examination to address issues impeding auditability of Defense-wide appropriations.    
   
Responsibilities 
  • Developing process maps and narratives for a Defense Organization and related Commands for General Property, Plant, and equipment
  • Evaluating existing processes for process improvement, ongoing need
  • Developing Corrective Action Plans for Audit Findings/Advising SMEs on proper corrective actions
  • Monitoring CAP milestones
  • Developing and Completing Tests of Design and Effectiveness on implemented CAP milestones
  • Developing training materials for implementing new processes
  • Evaluating applicable SOC-01 Reports
  • Develop templates for stakeholders to track SOC-01 evaluations
 
Minimum Requirements   
  • Active Secret DoD security clearance.
  • 5+ years of audit, accounting, or financial management experience.
  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional presence is required.

  • Ability to maintain a positive relationship with customers and other vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies.
