Customer Relationship Specialist, NC
80 plus year, locally owned national sales organization seeks full-time Customer Relationship Specialist. Candidates will develop and maintain business relationships with customers across the country by phone.
This position will be responsible for:
- Furthering the mission of our organization by helping customers see that “Employees Matter Most”.
- Demonstrate to existing customers and clients that the array of products we offer can aide in their efforts to engage and demonstrate their gratitude for their employees.
- Developing rapport and relationships with existing customers from many different types of industry and business.
- Most customers are HR directors or executives looking for opportunities to engage and recognize their workforce.
This position does require strong organizational skills in paper and electronic filing, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Word/Outlook, a working understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database software and scheduling.
A pleasant, friendly, clear speaking voice, and strong phone disposition is required. Position requires working with others in an open office environment.
