Position Overview:               
The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for taking and scheduling all incoming calls, managing the lead tracker, and managing leads until under contract.               
               
Job Responsibilities:               
1) Take and Schedule Incoming Calls:              
  • First Point of Contact     
  • Call Leads back within 20-30 minutes     
  • Honor Call to Realtor     
  • Sends Welcome Kit     
  • Collect Needs List     
  • CCI Form     
 2) Manage the Lead Tracker:               
  • All leads added to lead tracker, ensure follow up attempts made until appointment is set      
  • Update the referral source every time you contact a lead     
  • Bring two copies of the lead tracker to each team meeting     
  • Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment     
 3) Manage Leads Until Under Contract:           
  • Schedule client meeting for LO     
  • Manage documentation and collect application     
  • Perfect 1003 and 100% Red Light Checklist     
  • DU/LP Approval      
  • Manage client expectations until under contract     
  • Pricing     
Qualifications and Skills:               
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.      
  • NMLS License under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 (“SAFE Act”), preferred.       
  • Working knowledge of RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents, preferred.  
  • Excellent communication skills.     
  • Encompass experience preferred.      
  • Computer Knowledge (DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows).
