Position Overview:
The Bilingual Loan Partner I - LOA Lead Intake oversees the marketing duties, database management, and scheduling for the Loan Officer. This position also oversees lead intake and management. The Bilingual Loan Partner is in direct communication with clients, realtors, builders, and business partners.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set and manage all appointments for clients to meet with Loan Officer and/or LP II for loan applications; communicate what items to bring in for appointment, etc.
  • Set and track all appointments for Loan Officer for referring partners, seminars, closings, etc.
  • Confirm all appointments the day before and the day of the appointment.
  • Manage documentation and collect applications.
  • Input all leads to lead tracker; ensure follow up attempts are made until appointment is set.
  • Update both client and referring partner database with current and up to date information.
  • Update referral partners on status of leads received.
  • Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment.
  • 30-60-90 day calls from closed loans.
  • Assist the Loan Officer with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in the languages of Spanish and English to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, of whom may speak only English or Spanish, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Pay Range:
  • $20-30/hr. Eligible for monthly bonus.   
The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
