Director of Curriculum Woodlands, Texas


To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Curriculum division at the school level, ensuring the highest level of customer service for families, staff, and visitors.


All CDLC operations in the absence of the Executive Director.

♦ Conduct interviews and evaluate classroom interactions of all qualified teacher applicants.

♦ Develop, implement and track teachers’ individual training plans and professional goals.

♦ Assist Executive Director in conducting written annual performance reviews.

♦ Generate and direct ongoing training and role modeling for teachers.

♦ Instruct new Team Member orientation and training.

♦ Temporarily assume duties of any vacant position as necessary.

♦ Conduct facility tours and guide families through the enrollment process.

♦ Ascertain CDLC curriculum and philosophy is implemented daily by Crème teaching staff.

♦ Meet and/or exceed state licensing standards within CDLC program.

♦ Review, amend (if necessary) and approve all lesson plans, therefore validating they are developmentally appropriate.

♦ Provide necessary curriculum for teachers on a timely basis.

♦ Maintain and adjust Team Member’s work schedules and class rotation schedules.

♦ Conduct oneself in the concept of Crème de la Crème practices necessary for effective and efficient operation.

♦ Promote and represent the Crème de la Crème concept and practices to clientele and Co-Team Members.

♦ Demonstrate personal leadership to all Team Members.

♦ Interact professionally with Co-Team Members and clientele.

♦ Participate in a minimum of 20 clock hours of training annually (additional clock hours may be required based on State requirements).

♦ All other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
