  • Ensures high level of customer service for families, staff, and visitors.
  • Responsible for all CDLC operations in the absence of the Executive Director.
  • Conducts interviews and observes working interview of all qualified teacher applicants.
  • Develops, implements and tracks teachers’ individual training plans and professional goals.
  • Assists Executive Director in conducting verbal quarterly and written annual performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for ongoing training and role modeling for teachers.
  • Responsible for new team member orientation and training.
  • Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies to support curriculum needs within monthly and annual budget costs.
  • Temporarily fills any vacant position if necessary.
  • Answers phones, conducts tours and enrolls families.
  • Responsible for making sure CDLC curriculum and philosophy is implemented daily.
  • Assists Director of Services for meeting and/or exceeding state licensing standards within CDLC program.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving all lesson plans, therefore validating they are developmentally appropriate.
  • Provides necessary curriculum for teachers on a timely basis.
  • Maintains and adjusts team member work scheduled and class rotation schedules.
  • Participates in a minimum of 20 clock hours of training annually.
  • Assists Executive Director in facilitation “Parent Enrichment” Group.
