Field Analyst

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Processes invoices using the Oildex invoicing system
  • Research and resolve vendor issues with invoices
  • Communicate with accounts payable for vendor related invoicing issues
  • Assist in answering and directing office phone calls as well as greeting guests
  • Retrieve and distribute office mail daily; handle deliveries
  • Assist with solving employee computer, phone, and copier issues
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist in general personnel duties such as:
  • On-boarding, process EMACs and FRC orders, and associated tasks
  • Responsible for other various duties as assigned

  • Highly motivated to learn and work in a fast paced office environment
  • Ability to compute basic math skills, read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
  • Effective decision making by identifying and prioritizing tasks
  • Proven ability to multi-task and meeting stringent guidelines
  • Must organize and plan daily work schedule
  • Willingness to assist or ask for assistance as needed with manager and team member duties
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Word, Excel, Access, and  Power point

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Oildex or equivalent invoicing software experience is a plus
  • Two years of recent, administrative support experience
  • Working knowledge and experience in oil and gas operations
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and random alcohol and drug screening
