I&E Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

 The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ordering/maintaining accurate inventory for all equipment, monitor inventory levels and product movement to/from the warehouse to the job site or to secondary warehouse. This role will also serve as an assistant to field I&E Techs on jobs or when equipment is needed for replacement in the field.


  • Order automation equipment from multiple vendors and confirm with office and field personnel
  • Receive shipments, document received shipments and record into current inventory and confirm with office personnel to be coded correctly to wells for payments
  • Maintain current inventory of all equipment in warehouses and confirm with office personnel
  • Insure all equipment has arrived in time for installations
  • Record material transfers
  • Transport equipment from Chickasha office to Watonga office
  • Transport needed equipment to our I&E personnel in the field if needed on break fix jobs
  • Record all outgoing equipment per contractor and document that equipment was installed
  • Daily housekeeping of warehouse boxes from equipment at both warehouse locations
  • Call in for trash trailer to be dumped and empty trailer to be dropped off
  • Re test equipment from break fix jobs to insure that equipment is not working correctly
  • Send back break fix devices for warranty work to vendor if needed
  • Get equipment ready for next day jobs
  • Help out on jobs in the field when needed
  • Work with IT to keep current inventory of modems and kits for installations
  • Maintain consignment inventory for Rosemount and Emerson
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Proven team player
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational skills


  •  High School Diploma, general education degree (GED)
  • At least 2 years of inventory experience preferred
  • I&E equipment knowledge preferred
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for extended period of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform fine manipulations with hands and fingers
  • Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to one arm carry up to 25lbs. without assistance
  • Regular bending, crouching, pulling and kneeling to check equipment and gauges
  • Must be able to exert up to 50lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects
  • Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities
  • Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in field, hazardous Chemicals, and Hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required
