Cash Management Support Specialist  
Consumers Credit Union is looking for a passionate Cash Management Support Specialist to join our team. As a Cash Management Support Specialist, you will support cash management products for the Business Services Department and be the point of contact for business members and internal partners for questions regarding ACH, BRDC, Positive Pay and online banking. You are able to explain products and processes for Business Services products including loans.  
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide direct business member support responding to general and technical inquiries via phone or email related to cash management services/systems and commercial deposit account inquiries
  • Provide over the phone training for all cash management services, including but not limited to; ACH processing, business online banking, positive pay and Business Remote Deposit Capture
  • Provide Commercial Card support- inquiries and maintenance
  • Complete Help-Me tickets for system setup and maintenance for existing and new cash management products and services
  • Assist in the collection of business member documents required to establish or maintain cash management services and business deposit accounts
  • Assist offices and MSC with cash management questions
  • Provide member training on new online banking setups
  • Assist in completion of account proposals for banking services
  • Assist business credit department with annual reviews for cash management products (pull reports from online banking, core system account reviews)
  • Provide specialized line of business support
  • Other special projects as directed
  • Work with other departments as needed; marketing, operations, member service
  • Cross-sell products and services to better serve the business member
  • Handle incoming referrals (BUZZ and Webforms)
  • Support business credit and documentation
 
What you’ll need:
  • High school diploma and relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. 
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, a self‐starter and able to work with analytical tools.
  • Professional appearance; builds rapports with members; enjoys working with people.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form is required.
  • Must be able to work with deadlines.
  • Must be able to use Excel, Word, perform research and be able to learn internal credit union systems and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of business/commercial products. Ability to organize, implement and utilize checklists related to documentation, departmental operations and members.  Understanding of Consumers operating policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with operating system and reporting related to business services
  • Familiarity with deposit related requirements.
