Concept Plus is searching for a Change Management / Test Analyst in the Tucson, AZ area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide full operational support for AMARG IT Business Systems change management processes interacting with technical team, functional team and end users.
• Support testing activities and documentation needs.
• Provide all documentation required to conduct CCB meetings at the working level and senior leadership level; Attend CCB meetings, take notes, and make recommendations.
• Maintain the C51 Systems Installation Records (CSIR) and associated ATO records; Creates and updates all documents related to each board IAW AFIs for ABS policies and guidance.
• Work with the Oracle DBA, Senior SA, and Web Developer on the Change Control Board process for vulnerability and patch management activities.
• Support system testing, including regression testing and acceptance testing activities, working closely with the technical team
• Support Business analysis tasks working with the Program Manager

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management
• 8+ years of total IT experience preferred
• Previous Experience in DoD environment
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
