Concept Plus is seeking a Trainer / Documentation Specialist in the Tucson, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop user application training and training on system backup for ABS users.
  • Support business analysis activities, technical writing and help desk.
  • Documents training outcomes and includes training session status in the Weekly Status Report.
  • Works with the Program Manager on business analysis tasks like requirements definition and analysis, task breakdown, business process mapping, functional support for all ABS components, systems and applications, technical documentation, and documented operations for manual and automated system interfaces that support and enhance efficiency of AMARG business processes
  • Supports user account administration tasks like account management, password resets, technical queries response and provides functional assistance.

Required Experience:

  • Experience training end users
  • Experience with supporting users
Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience training end users
  • 1+ years of experience with help desk support
