***OPPORTUNITY IS A 3 - 6 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION***

The Role: 
We are seeking an energetic star admin to join our hard-working team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is interested in joining a fast paced company. You will greet all guests, professionally, courteously and respectfully. We need you to make a great first impression! 

The successful candidate will be a multi faceted team player who enjoys taking on any task or project to support the company. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task with extraordinary interpersonal communication skills. Seeking someone who understands how to make people feel comfortable and wants to help create a fun atmosphere. This role will also include assisting other administrative staff in addition to the below day to day responsibilities. Experience in event planning/organizing as well as food service are a must, you will help our team with celebrations, be merry, eat and work hard!

  • 3-5 Years of experience in administrative support role

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support general administrative duties, solid PowerPoint experience a plus
  • Assist with ongoing HR and Finance Projects
  • Book Domestic and International travel arrangements
  • Assist in managing catering for daily delivery at lunch and dinner - food makes everyone happy! Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks and drinks and order as needed (some heavy lifting)
  • Maintain kitchen (make sure kitchen is clean, fully stocked and food is put away), maintain dishwasher - run daily and empty
  • Print resumes for onsite interviews scheduled daily and distribute to interviewers
  • Assist with holiday décor, events and parties (we have a lot of them!)
  • Be part of the “culture committee”- we have a strong, inclusive culture so we need you to pioneer some great ideas, keeping the culture up beat and fun
